You can reset Gear and erase all of its settings completely at any time in two simple steps.

1. Remove From App

The first step is to remove or disconnect Gear from the app. On the Gear dashboard, tap and hold the Gear you would like to remove and click "DELETE".

2. The Reset

Make sure your device is powered on. Press and hold the 'SET', 'PAIR', and 'GROUP' buttons at the top of the device for several seconds until the LEDs start flashing. The device will then automatically reset after a few short seconds.
