If you are the original end-user or purchaser of AXIS Labs products and you are not satisfied with them for any reason, you may return them in their original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
For all returns, customers must return all components in their original condition and packaging. The cost of any missing parts or components will be charged at the discretion of AXIS. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and a small restocking fee.
AXIS Labs will cover the costs of shipping of the returned items as well as their replacements if the devices being returned (i) are defective/damaged, and/or (ii) were sent in error.
