I'm trying to update my firmware for my 4 units to 3.2.4.1076. When I log into the app and go to the update section, it says "update found"...but once I go to "start update", my 3 axis units indicate that they are "up to date". Also, the unit that is in "Smart Home mode" no longer shows up on the list. Help? How do I update both the Smart Home-enabled and regular versions?

Unfortunately, currently you have to take AXIS out of SmartHome mode and re-add it to the AXIS app to update it.   Apparently, you do not have to remove it from your SmartHome hub, and after the update you can set it back to SmartHome mode and repair it and things should work.  Not straight forward, but that is the process I read about on the community pages.

Be aware that if you are using Wink Hub integration, the latest firmware will break that.

Hey Korey. That's a negatory....I have one unit that's configured in "Smart Mode", as I'm in the midst of connecting them to SmartThings. The other 3 are still in BT mode...but it doesn't update. It'll keep detecting as "update available" and show a brief download % indicator...but when it gets to the next screen, it claims all 3 units are up to date. Unless they self installed, there's something glitched. Happy to send you guys screenshots if you want to see, but there's definitely something wrong here...
